Our Plant
Our fixtures and accessories are manufactured in our factory located in Zhongshan, China. Our plant occupies over 13,000 square meter, and is operated by more than 250 skilled workers. In addition, our plant is also equipped with various advanced machinery, in order to maintain product quality and ensure a safe and environmentally friendly production environment.

Our wood workshop is equipped with computerized cutting and CNC machine, so as to minimize wastage effectively and ensure that the wood crafting copes with all design requirements. Moreover, all of our equipment is also connected with centralized dust control machine, in order to maintain a clean and tidy production environment throughout the whole process.

Our metal workshop is equipped with digital V-routing, bending and cutting machine. Production is supported by a team of experienced and skillful workers specializing in welding and polishing works.

Painting
Our painting workshop is equipped with temperature and humidity regulated paint booth with water curtain. All exhausted gas generated from the painting process is efficiently filtered and treated by our UV/ active carbon filtration system to meet the latest requirement stipulated by the Chinese government.

Furniture lightings
Since 2005, all of our furniture has been equipped with environmentally friendly LED lighting for its long lifespan, low power consumption and low heat generation. Our LED lighting are granted either CE, CCC or UL certificate, all of which can certify that its quality comprises with the standards of different regions.
